PREVIEW: ASOS AW16 COLLECTION

It's always nice when you open your inbox, and find an invitation to a preview event. It allows you to see what your favorite brands have been working on before it heads online and into stores. I've been a big fan of ASOS for a long time and the team there are great, so it's always nice to catch up over new trends and to see what's on offer.

Theres a great colour pallet this season and I've already got my eye on a number of things. A mix of neutral tones with pops of bright colour, this multi-texture collection showcases a number of pieces for a variety of tastes. It seems they've progressed on from 90s streetwear and are heading towards sweat tops and tailoring, with a heavy focus on reclaimed vintage fabrics and block pattern - including camo. There's a few minimalist options in there, but if pushing trends if more your thing, then I'm sure you'll be purchasing the asian inspired, silk two-piece.

Amongst the collection are a number of collaborative exclusives including Levi's Orange Label and Le Coq Sportif so be sure to check these out. I won't bore you by rambling on, so I'll leave you to browse a few sneak-peak images before the collection is released online soon.
