It's been a while since my last one of these, so it was about time I put a new one together - plus, you seem to enjoy them. I wanted something that would be easy for you guys to pull together from what you may already have in your wardrobe or that I know you can easily get your hands on. I'm going through another monochrome phase, something which happens every January, so it was only right to run with this colour scheme. I started with this amazing grey wrap coat and wanted to work out from there. I haven't managed to buy one of these myself, but it's only a matter of time. I'm really enjoying the tie around waist as this adds interest and stands out against your regular button fastening.

The other elements have been kept quite classic in contrast to the relaxed feel of the coat. A simple black roll neck sweater is a must for any gent, as is a pair of tailored grey trousers. I went for this striped pair, to avoid a complete block colour combo. The different leather textures also add interest and will give a more rounded look. The leather document holder is a favourite of mine and always comes in handy when you're heading out and about in the city.
