For those of you who don't know the brand, Leesa offer a hassle free way of ordering a new mattress online, with a stress free check out and home delivery service, arriving in a box to your door within 5-7 business days of placing your order. They also offer pillows and sheet sets, so you can complete your bed with the ultimate comfort! In my previous post, I said that I'd never been a fan of foam based mattresses as I've always found them too soft and usually prefer a firmer support, however the triple layer build of Leesa's mattresses offer such a comfortable night's sleep, and have given just the right amount of support without feeling like you're sinking into your bed. They also offer a 100 nights sleep trial period, where if you're unhappy with your purchase you can return it to them (this won't be necessary as I know you'll love it).
One of life's simple pleasures if getting into a freshly made hotel bed, and the new sheets reminded me of this. The crisp cotton-sateen sheets add that touch of luxury into your home and truly added to the comfort of my bed. The sheets are part of a collaboration with Third, a like minded luxury linen brand who like Leesa, donate a portion of each sale to 42nd Street (a charity that supports children with mental health and emotional wellbeing). The 500-thread count means their sheets are amazingly soft, but still have that crisp newness to them without being too stiff. They also have a slight sheen to them, which only adds to the luxurious feel and the fitted sheet is cut to fit the mattress perfectly, avoiding any unwanted shifting or movement.
Let's talk about Leesa's pillows. Like their mattress's, Leesa have designed this with comfort in mind. Its made up of a micro-fibre outer shell, which wraps around the memory foam inner, allowing air to circulate keeping you cool as you sleep (we all like the cold side of the pillow). It's a relatively new product from the brand, however I can definitely recommend spending that bit more to make sure every element of your bed is as comfortable as possible. The pillows have the perfect firmness to them, with the soft outer casing and the memory foam insert offering that resistance. I've also found it to be good for my posture as I sleep. I have quite a bad habit of stacking a few pillows up and ending up in weird positions trying to get comfy, but the pillow maximises on the best neck and spine alignment.
I always appreciate when a brand goes that little bit further for their customers, and love that with the purchase of the sheets, they also included a 'sleep pouch' with a few different elements to help you get an even better nights sleep. In the pouch they included a lavender pillow/room spray to help promote relaxation, a few sachets of bedtime tea, and the guys at Third have even created playlists of music on Spotify to help you wind down, and drift off. I can now happily say that I'm addicted to my bed and never want to leave it.
